At All Goodz ZA, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised or custom-made items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
