Where We Ship

We currently deliver across South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally run free shipping promotions β€” keep an eye on our store for deals!

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery directly with the courier.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically try again or leave a notification. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Re-delivery fees may apply for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
